i would be more scared of shearing the bolts if they are not high strength, obviously people in the market for a roll cage need them to satisfy safety requirements for competition, and should know exactly what them need, this is more for someone who probally drives a car and wants a little more safety (although there is not much safe about driving a caged car on street without a helmet)

The bolts are already very strong, but if you don't feel safe using these bolts, you can always go to the hardware store and get some Grade 8 bolts.

No, it will not fit with a sunroof.
