1992 240sx convertible
190,3xx original miles
clean title in hand
I am posting this up just to see if I could find something with a roof. I dont mind keeping my car, I would just like to see it in someones hands who appreciates the vert lifestyle a little more than i do lol. I am very interested in s14's. Maybe a clean coupe. I am not going to trade down tho, that means your car must have a/c, no problems, and in good shape inside and out. I will not entertain anything fwd or older than 90. ok, so now for the goods.
5 spd swap(new clutch, resurfaced flywheel)
new top put on about 3 months ago(clear rear window)
fresh s14 head(new h/g, valve seals, no smoking what so ever)
deleted all emissions
kyb gr2 struts paired with tein s-tech lowering springs(smooth ride)
offbrand exhaust(not ebay, but not greddy, "focuz" or something similar)
new tie rod ends
pirelli tires in pretty good shape(car has open diff so im not tempted to ruin them)
coupe door panel conversion(moved seatbelts to quarterpanel)
clean original paint(its all one color, i buffed it to bring the shine back, a couple dings but nothing ugly or major)
original UNCRACKED dash
the bads: drivers side quarter window doesnt really have a window track, it comes up and down, you just have to help it, it has a tiny tiny oil leak around the valve cover(not a big enough issue to fix) i dont have the rear interior panels that cover the speakers. if you notice the bumper extensions arnt on in the pictures, i took them off because they were serverely pealing and i figured it looks better without big square doodoogreen panels right there.
car runs and drives good, the engine does have 190k but it isnt weak. I drive it every day with no problem, steering is pretty tight, not much play at all. thats all that i can think of for now, im probably leaving something out but im not sure.
