View Full Version : sr not getting start signal?

i recently got an sr, the harness is a little modified, but the wires are right, i looked over them.
its getting start signal, its just not cranking... when i go to crank her over, i just hear relays clicking...
anyone have any ideas? i know there are tons of possibilities .. but damnit this is pissing me off.

gotten you starter checked? maybe its a bad starter.

im sure the starter is good, isn't there a way to test it while its still in the car?

power it up and ground it on the motor...

Clutch switch or clutch interlock relay is possible.

try to push start the car... put it in fist gear and wen you roll pop the clutch and see if the car start

alex, if you are EVER down here, please give me a ring.
its not exactly ready to start, i need to re-tap the oil hole for the turbo line.. i just want it to fucking crank.

wow, turns out the engine wasn't grounded to the chassy well enough. got it!
