SR20det makes slapping/knocking noise?

I need some help. Im not sure if this is a slapping noise or a rod knock. My friend and I cant seem to figure it out. If you guys can help me figure it out I would greatly appreciate it. I posted the video below. Any advise in what direction to go would be great. You cant hear it on idle, or in high rpms.

Cool. I just needed to confirm it. I might go another route and just buy a block. It seems to be the cheaper route in comparison to a rebuild.

Yup, time to break out your tool set and buy a new short block. Sad news. But, good opportunity for a build project. :)
