This is a brand new scanner. I've changed career and never had the chance to use it at all. Everything that came in the boxes are included along with all the plugs and keys. I paid $1750+tax for it, letting it go for $1000 or best offer. Priced to sell. It is for both OBD I and II. It's compatible only for Japanese and US vehicles, however, you can order an expansion pack to enable the compatibilities for European vehices. It reads Engine, Transmission, ABS, and Airbag.
