only thing that makes me doubt the local guy is the bumper plate spot looks nothing like the oem one so that made me think its fiberglass replica but he assures me its oem.......

if anybody could clarify the situaton id appreciate it

It looks OEM to me, he just cut the license plate hole out. Hard to tell from just those pics, though. Ask him for pictures of the back side of it- that should tell you pretty quickly.

The side Fender panel looks slightly misaligned with the bumper, which is a good thing indicating it's a separate panel, I don't know of a frp replica with seperate fender panels. Looks legit to me.
