Sparco Sprint 5?

I have an older model sparco sprint junior and love it. but its red, and will look bad with my new car color, and its starting to get old. i need a competition ready seat, and was looking at getting a sparco sprint 5.

does the FIA cert only lasting 5 years apply to formula D? i dont want to order a seat online and it come with a cert that is only good for another 2 years.

or, does anyone know of an equally inexpensive FIA certified seat? i need one that is really skinny because the junior barely fits in my rollcage.

Sparco is the Cheapest your gonna find unless you go all Nascar and get a Longacre seat or somethin. Im Sure 5 years is the Maximum on year allowed. i.e. if your seat is dated Aug 02 it aint gonna pass tech

eh, my sprint junior is dated at 1999! lol. how do i make sure i get a seat that is produced 2010?

its a shame kirkey seats are not FIA approved. i need to find something along those lines that is so i dont have to worry about cage clearance issues.
