vibration from inside engine

this is my first turbo motor and im pretty clueless. Lately ive been toning down the abuse i lay on my sr20det but now i think i gone and ****ed it up. Lately my turbo has been making a different kind of noise like a wssssss type noise when i let off the throttle in low rpm or when i just rev it up...but last night some other **** started. a friend of mine wanted to show off my car to his friend and asked me to rev it up. well i did to about 6500 so the bov was heard. and this vibration sound came from the engine... i cant hear it when im standing under the hood but only when im in the car. Dont know wtf it is or how bad it is. i only hear it past 3500 rpm so when i drove to pick up my other car i had no problems. So for now im not driving it till tuesday till i can get a full engine diagnostic. But lately the car has felt slugish. i cant even brake 15.6 in the 1/4 at 90mph(no performance oriented tires). here is what i got

over by the shop that did the swap)

walbro 255l fp
3" downpipe
custom 3" exhaust with stock cat
air filter

Have you checked your motor mounts? The inserts may be bad or they are not holding tight (bushings). Also, when you dropped the sr in, did you tighten everything to spec or out of hastiness jut drop it in to go vroon vroom?
