SR20det Valve spring

Just got a question for all you guys that rebuilt the motor and upgraded the valve springs what kind of springs did you guys use? I plan to run tomei 280 cams and solid lifters is there such a thing as the valve spring being to stiff?

yes there is, u can get ahlod of tomei and see what the recomend. as far as companys, i like crower and BC as well. thats a big cam for that little sr so i would def check to see what tomei recomends it also should say on the cam card as well. hope this helps
