no spark, fuel, nor radio

So I have a 90 s13 with a ka24e. Car was at the point that it could not hold a charge anymore because of the alternator. So I put another one on. I drove it a little and then one day the radio and fuel pump wouldnt come on. It also isnt getting any spark. But it will turn over
I replaced the ECU and harness because i had previously hooked up a killswitch to the fuelpump wire to the ecu and it had been that way for about 3 years. So I figured something may have gotten fried.
I really dont know what the problem can be

Check the back of the ignition cylinder, there are 2 sauder connections and one is for accesory power. if its come undone your fuel pump wont prime and the radio doesnt come on.
