s13 Crossmember

Hey guys, So I recent purchased a 240 and I bought a new suspension, when I was taking everything off the passenger side seemed to have been crash into a curb or something and all the holes for the bolts are stretched out and ovalizied now and I'm planning on welding a plate on top of the holes in the crossmember and drilling out a new hole, but due to the damage I can not tell if one side of the bolt hole is oval or are they both circular, if their circular could I get the dimensions because I can't find it in the FSM ,thanks. :o

wouldnt it be easier to buy a new (used) crossmember??

yea it would be easier, but I can't seem to find one in a junkyard, and shipping would be brutal thats why were trying to weld it first to see if it would work but I'm just looking for the dimensional position of the hole because the hole is so ovalizied I can't tell
