Some what electrical issues

So was wondering if maybe anyone knew wtf is goin on with my car perhaps lol. 95 s14

1) Turn signles, all plugged in and working when i turn on my 4 way hazards. I turn off the 4 ways, and turn on the blinks, nothing happens.... solution?

2) Windows. Boith driver side and passenger side dont work. I went in with 2 wires, ground and power wire and touched em to the window motors, and they work. just not to sure what could be the issue with the switches.

3) im not sweatin this one to much. My window wipers work when i plug the plug into the motor, they dont turn off they cant be slowed down or anything, they just turn on when i plug it in. lol weirdest thing.

buy a voltmeter :)

it'll help a lot.

with the voltmeter you can check continuity, ground, and power :)

its a useful tool, and no major experience needed lol

as far as the wipers go, i had the same problem.

as soon as i plugged them in, theyd start moving, and nothing would stop them untill i unplugged them.

turned out that two of the wires from the plug were switched, thus the wiper motor was getting power full time.

i checked on the fsm and figured out the problem. (mines a 95 rhd s14 though :D )
