Hey guys i have an rb25det and at first i couldn't get it to start but i found the problem. A power wire off the injector came disconnected in the harness so i put them back together and it fired up. so when i came back to repair it with solder it touched ground and sparked and now it wont start. Anybody have any idea of what it could have happened?

might have fried the ECU
Open it up and look for burnt tracks or resistors
Thats why anytime you do maintenance, Especially electrical work that you disconnect the battery

ecu grounds the injectors so you didn't fry that side. The positive is fused and runs from the ignition switch, most likely fuse popped.

I know i def messed up not taking the neg cable off totally slipped my mind. I tried another ecu and it wasn't that. Ill check the ignition fuse...thanks

I tried the ignition switch fuse but its ok. it cranks but it just doesn't turn over. I noticed that when i turn the key on on the fuel pump sounds like its studdering to turn on.

check to see if you are getting B+ at injectors with key on and 0 with key off, check to see if your getting B+ at fuel pump, if you don't then the ecu might not be sending out the voltage to turn on the relay or the relay might be broke.

Sounds like you blew a fuse. Get a FSM and it will tell you which fuse runs the injectors.

I checked all the fuses and they're good... Does anyone know where the injector fuse is? Ive searched and nobody seems to know where its at. or is it a relay?
