93 240sx Coupe and S14Sr20det swap

I am moving to Hong Kong Oct. 10th and am debating on selling my 240 project. I am in the middle of the build and almost ready to swap in the SR. I don't want to sell it but I am going to have to pay to store the car. And it won't really be worth paying that kinda money for a year. The shell is a very clean, never wrecked rust free coupe. Paint is dying but other than that it is clean. Here is a list of mods on the chassis.

Chassis:
Suspension-
Stance Gr+coilovers
Peak performance RUCA, Traction rods and Toe rods
Battle Version tension rods
Tein tie rods inner and outer
New Steering Rack and High pressure hose
Full energy suspension kit where there isn't a Rod end
Wheels and tires-
Sportmax 962 18x8.5 +35 front with 15mm spacer to clear coils/ 18x9.5 +35 rear
Dunlop tires 225/40/18 and 255/35/18
Interior-
Nardi Classic sport 330mm with Nrg quick release
Aspec drift button
Bubble shift knob

Motor is still out of car!
Motor:
- S14 SR20DET full swap
-Enthalpy wire harness converted for s13 chassis
- Enthalpy tuned WC ecu for T28/550cc injectors/z32 maf/HKS step 1cams
-Apexi head gasket
-Mazworx custom headstuds(Longer and stronger than ARP... Thats what she said)
-HKS step 1 cams
-HKS RAS
-HKS Twin Plate GD pro clutch(1500 new) still in great condition
-No downpipe or elbow
-megan test pipe
-Apexi N1 turbo exhuast
-Parts shop max highmount intercooler
-Mishimoto aluminum radiator
-brand new OEM radiator shroud for s13 with SR20DET
-Solid motor mounts and Nismo tranny mount
-walbro 255 fuel pump
-Nismo fuel pressure regulator
-Sti pink 550 injectors

I might be leaving some stuff out. But all that is needed to finish the swap is:

-Downpipe and elbow
-turbo gaskets
-turbo oil and water lines
-Parts shop max intake pipe
-z32 Maf
-oxygen sensor
I'm pretty sure I'm not leaving anything out.

I'm asking $5000 OBO for everything. Since I have had some interest in just the shell/chassis but no offer, I will set the price for the shell/chassis for $3000 OBO. This will not include motor or engine harness and will include the wheels suspension exhaust and interior pieces. If I have to the motor can be installed.

Thanks guys! Well I really don't have the time right now to put the motor in. But like I said If I had to I would. Also guy from Daytona make me an offer on the shell. I might be interested cuz I will keep my motor setup and buy an S14 when I get back.

When the car didnt have a turbo, just with the intake mods, cams, exhaust and tune it would smoke lots of m3s! lol but okay

TriniTT.. You should try and go as a teacher. It's pretty easy to go as one and I don't think you even need to have a degree. Also someone make me an offer quick cuz I'm talking to a chassis builder tonight. And I might leave the car with him to do cage, tubs etc. while I'm gone so this might be your last chance if you want this thing. And I forgot to say it has a clean title.
