no more than 9-10 psi on s15 turbo and stock 370 injectors.

you can make 260whp with some s15 injectors but id go ahead and get 550cc. always better to have more fuel than you need. as far as ems id get a PFC. im sure you can get by on a safc but they wont offer as good of a tune. Also if you ever get cams youll need the pfc or some other ems that can tune ign timing

this may be a little off but how much boost on an s15 turbo can be seen with the bigger injectors?

I have S14 SR20DET HKS 550cc, CP pistons (stock bore), Cosworth 1.1mm HG, S15 turbo, Stock FPR, FMIC, Exhaust, stock cams, PFC , Z32 maf, Denso Supra TT fuel pump
and makes 250whp @1.0 bar tuned by Frank @ Garage boso..
also it gets 26+mpg
I could have made more if I had adjustable FPR and Cams..

I must disagree with you...
Do not get 550cc. just little more $ you could get 740cc or larger and tuners can have more room to play with it..
only reason I have 550cc is, Larger injectors were not available at that time.

You can buy drop in cams. I have Tomei Poncams. No tuning required. If you tune, you will make more power, but it is not neccissary. Most cam manufacturers make drop in cams as well.

I would be kind of upset, being as an s13 sr with 555cc injectors, z32mafs and s15 Spec R turbo, puts down what a stock s15 does at 11psi
Unless we're talking about a DynoDynamics Dyno, then scratch that!
Anyway, It's all in the tune!

I am sorry, but I am not sure if I am understanding your point correctly ...
Are you saying stock S15 puts some what 250hwp at 11psi ??
My wife owns S13 with S15 SR20DET... stock boost but... power is nowhere near my car
I would never upset about my car... HP # seems very low... but you won't understand unless you drive it.
I trust Frank's work and paying for tune was very very worth it..
FYI, Frank uses Dynopack

stock s13 sr made 260whp on 15psi s14 turbo
just basic front mount and exhaust and manifold stuff

My bad, I'm saying that 55-cc's is more than enough for 300hp. You and your wife don't need re tunes, if your happy. I happen to have a dynopack dyno graph of an s13 redtop with s15turbo and 555cc z32mafs pushing .91 bar and 1.01bar. The output is a lot closer to 300 than yours. I did tune it myself, I've seen s15 swaps put down 240 at 11psi on a mustang dyno! That's why I went with an s13 redtop myself, Too much hassle!
I was under the impression that s15 sr's put down 250hp at 11psi correct!
I happen to make 250 + @ 11psi with the setup mentioned previously.
Let's compare graphs?...
And Oh I'm not disrespecting Garage Boso, They have very pretty cars and cover style and shit!

When I got tuned, Frank told me 300~330whp would be max out of S15 turbo.
I am talking about reliable tune... Daily and stuff..
I had nismo FPR to install right before tune but I had wrong type for my car..
so did not get to make more #s.
and Plus... I had fake HKS bov at the time and it had little bit of boost leak... and Frank told me to bring the car back when I fix that problem...
I am sure my car would have been much closer to 300whp with better bov and FPR...

Oh... I will post my dyno sheet later... I have to scan that thing.. Frank never email my dyno screen shot !!!!

how much more hp is the dynopacks reading then a dynodynamics^^^ would u just subtract 1.16 from the whp that dynopack out puts to recieve dyno dynamics whp numbers?

Yes.. I would like to know as well...
also Dynopack has TCF = Total Correction Factor and you could mess around with value to make higher #s..
must be value 1.00 for raw power

I put out 208whp at 9psi on dynamics and from my understanding on a dynojet I wld have put out 241whp big difference lol

That is a nice smooth looking graph, still on the low side for output but looks good none the less.

Here it is, also dynapack are great for spotting issues like... ehhem slipping EXEDY stage 2 clutch.
12.5 @ 110 street tires 60ft I said street tires!

It supposed to holds up to 291 Wheel FT/L.. but guess you are at the limit..
Super single would be nice !

That clutch felt a little weak when I installed it, but as i got used to it(break in), It was seeing serious duty. I expected it to last a year, at least. it didn't! I now use an RPS MAX Street Cover, with an ACT 6puck sprung disk. I'm also running a gt2871r now. My s15 turbo setup, pissed off a lot of people... indubitably
