looking for some info on these lsd diffs i got for cheap

looking for some info on these s14 lsd's i picked up the other day for 120$ for both of them. i have been searching the forums and the best i can come up with is the 2nd one is a vlsd but i dont know anything about the first one. any help would be great!

bigger pictures.. theres usually numbers on the gears and such you can take picture of for the knowledgeable people in here to clarify
