hey so a brilliant friend of mine decided to unplug coil-pack#1 while the engine was running, needless to say it proceeded to arc all over itself and burn conductive traces into the connector. i'm not so keen on buying a whole new harness and as per: How to Make your own Coil Pack Sub Harness DIY S14 SR20DET : SR20DET Forum (rear-drive) (http://forums.nicoclub.com/how-to-make-your-own-coil-pack-sub-harness-diy-s14-sr20det-t341502.html)

you can source these same connectors from other parts of nissans.

Q: what model/years have some of these so i can go dumpster diving in the junkyard and find one to replace the ruined one I've got? getting two would be best just in case but i think i only need one.

I made my own harness once. I believe you can get them from Q45's and J30's. The 6 plug connector i got from the battery tray area on i think a q45. Forgot where i got the others from. But should be able to find them easily.
