Hicas rack

I couldn't really find any info on this, bu I'm trying to remove the rear HICAS toe rods on my s13, but I have no idea how to remove them from the HICAS rack, I have the dust boots removed, but when I try to turn the giant square surface attached to the rod with an adjustable wrench, the other side turns aswell... so how do you remove these ?

bump, how do you remove this rod, its exactly like this, looks like it can just screw off but the other arm on the other arm on the opposite side turns aswell...
