S14 SR. Collapsed lifter?!

Alright with the help of my good buddy Nathan from DriftOffice, we got all the timing sorted out, and everything put together correctly...Went to fire the SR and would not idle...Running extremely rough with a tick. Now as we both discussed this could be a collapsed lifter due to it running like hell/not idling/ticking.

Is this gonna be a major PITA?

probably the VTC Unplug the solenoid and see if it goes away

as for the idle make sure all vac hoses and clamps are tight

Well, not so much of a pain in the ass as I thought. Hopefully this fixes my problem, these lifters all had tons of air in them as I was bleeding them earlier.
