So Im getting ready to swap an SR20 in a 93 240SX, but I have to rebuild the engine because it was already taken apart. I was wondering if there were any trouble areas I would need to pay extra attention to such as weak factory parts, or any steer clears, etc. Advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Might as well take the block to a shop as well. Get that honed, bored and planed. Should run you around $100. Bag and Tag everything.
