miata n/a clean runs great for trade ! maybe sale

i think its time to get rid of this little guy , i was gonna do stuff to it , but lost interest.
im looking to trade it for a 240 coupe with dual cam ka stock or modded doesn't matter .
heres a little info on the miata
its a 91 na
155,320 miles on it
no a/c but does have heater
runs great no mechanical problems
it is clean title and was smoged about 2 months ago , i forgot
i have pink in hand so no funny stuff
CAR IS VERY VERY RELIABLE i drive it 60 miles a day for work .

cons- needs new back window
-car is pretty loud due to previous owner cutting off the muffler ..i kinda like it haha

Has this car ever been in a wreck? is there any short nose crankshaft issues? what options does it have? has it been smogged? is it a open, viscous or torsen differential? I know you say no lowballing but your price is far higher than one would expect to pay for a car in that condition, I'd be interested however if you came down on the price to a more reasonable amount. pm me have cash in hand

mostley looking to trade but
-open diff
-has been smogged
-it is clean title
-no issues with the short nose crank
-never been in a wreck however it does have dings here and there
-has manual windows
-lowered on eibach springs i believe i forget i gotta check
