FS: KA24DE Complete motor swap $375

Hello all, I have for sale an S14 KA24DE Swap for an S13. It is still currently in my daily driver but will be removed this week. I drive the car everyday and it's never failed me, I would possibly suggest some new injectors maybe as well as some spark plugs. It has decently new plug wires, cap, and rotor. I am wanting $375 for it cash does talk though. The only issue is that the tranny grinds 1-2 and 2-3 pretty decent, still gets into gear fine, just not smooth at all.
The swap comes with the following

S14 KA24DE w/s13 lower intake manifold
S13 wiring harness
S13 lower harness
Tuned S13 ecu
s13 radiator
exedy stage 1 oem clutch
S13 5 speed Tranny
S13 5 speed drive shaft
shifter
flywheel
etc...
