1 front and 2 rears.. wheels are kind of curbed as you can see in the first picture.. I think only two of them are curbed? I'm not sure.. the wheels are pretty much trash anyways.. Tires have a shitload of life left..

Are they missing valve stems?

Yes the valve stems have been removed and the tires are deflated/pried right now.. as you can see in the first picture.
