S14 Shell FS $300

SE Shell for cheap. $300, does not include the wheels.
No title. Car has been in my friends yard for months. I am pretty sure theres a way to get it. Maybe abandon or lost title.

Still has:
-All wiring
-tail lights
-brakes etc
-ecu
-everything to roll

Does not have:
-motor and tranny
-seats
-dash
-door panels
-hood
-front lights
-rear bumper
