random click

so my car has been clicking every so often, when i let off clutch/brake. It comes from the rear, driver side. I have suspension links, and coilovers, but it only happens when im rolling or from a stop, not when im accelerating or shifting gears.

it seems like it might be my brake but doesnt the brake pedal mainly affect the front brakes, i.e. not put pressure on all four brakes when pressing down?

might i add, i have about 1 inch of play on the driver side wheel, welded diff. is that bad? isn't it supposed to have 0 play???? FFFUUUUUU
