FS/FT: Racing Hart Type C2 : 18x7.5 +37 5/4x114

I have a set of 18" Racing Hart Type C2 for sale.
The face of the wheels are clean,
The lip has some scuffs but nothing major,
The barrels have some bend can be fixed for 75$ at a rim repair shop.
1 wheel is mounted with 225/40/28 bridgestone potenza
1 extra tire
both tire have about 80% tread left
"Type C2" center caps are missing but i have alternatives in the pic.


I bought these wheels as is for $700 as project but ended up not having time.
1 of the wheel has been taken apart (part of the project that i never got to finsh)
These wheels are discontiuned and are selling for $900+
Im asking 400 for the set As Is.

I see that the bolts are removed on the one wheel. Is the face welded?
