Because to many ricers were showing up and racing up and down the road, How do I know this, Because a Honda owner came up to me with a bunch of my buddie asking who was gonna run it lol wow what a fail. Go-kart drifting is fun tho but it's better to just show up ride the go karts and than bounce before anything stupid happens........

My honda buddies hold a weekly Krispy Kreme meet there and they never have problems with cops. if anything you guys should try krispy kreme lot if you feel uncomfortable at sonics(which idk where exactly its located). These guys test drive each others cars on the street too so if they're fine then you guys should be as well.

^sorry if some of you have bad luck and get pulled ovr for exhaust lol.. but thats the risk u knowingly take when you decide to go to a car meet in the first place. soooo location shouldn't rly matter..dont be dumb and you shouldnt have a problem. like i said before i live across from the rancho pd && the only ticket i've got so far was a speeding ticket which was well deserved..

It's one thing to go to a meet, but to have a meet in a city that is notorious for its street racing and has a task force specifically dedicated to looking for cars that even look modified isn't the smartest idea. I used to have the just drive normal and don't be stupid mentality but that doesn't mean anything to the cops, if your car looks modified it's gonna get pulled over, unless you have a completely stock car good luck; I've had friends pulled over for the dumbest shit there just because they look modified. You may be living in some sort of dreamworld thinking that this meet is gonna last, or haven't been around modded cars long enough to know about ontario and it really doesn't matter if you live across from rancho pd or not they are not ontario pd, oh well we'll see when this meet is killed by some retard trying to street drift or burnout:cry:

Driving a modded car doesn't make you a badass in any way, shape, or form; Its funny you would try to insult me with a line like "Your mom's Nissan Leaf"? Are you serious? Guys , the meet is small , hell its only the 2nd night we have had it and the turn out is good so far. And as for the quality of the cars, bring your car out and hang out I dont think you're going to see any $50,000 show cars at any meet!?
We have some quality cars and some cars that are in process projects, thats what the whole car culture thing is about,innovation and progress
Hell Heathers car is clean as hell Josh's car is top notch ,my car is definetly in process but people seem to like it ,I have been working on my car for 2 years and only have around $2000 invested total and do ALL of my own work
Not everyone can dump $20,000 into their car , I have an 8 year old daughter that I have 100%custody of , a house and a 1991 Q45 that I am also working on sooooooo,

I know I'm new to the 240 community that's why I'm interested in seeing the different mods as well as get feedback and ideas from fellow 240 owners. i should name my project "snowball". because one mod leads to another, to another, etc. like i wanted an aluminum radiator....well shit if i'm tearing that shit apart i might as well put in a new radiator and thermostat :duh: i'm changing my diff, hmm might as well put in a new clutch the pedal feels funny lol...and on and on.

you might just need to bleed the clutch or get a new master and/or slave cylinder for the clutch thermostat isn't really a big deal if you're not overheating, same w/ the aluminum radiator..just do your suspension and all those other parts you got
