Coolant hose adapter with 2 ports?

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone knows of anyone who makes a coolant hose adapter that has 2 ports. I have separate sensors for my temp gauge and my electric fans, but most of the adapters I see from yashio or circuit sports only have one. I had one welded up, but it leaks like crazy, so I'm trying to find a bolt-in solution.

Any advice would be great, thanks!

have someone else do a better job doing so. my friend got a sensor bung welded on his radiator for his water temp and it works koo.

I think I found what I'm looking for on nengun.

Weird, because I found it looking for a yashio one.

only thing that worries me is the fitting sizes are 1/8npt and I think my temp sensors are larger than that. I think mine are 3/8npt...

the gauge is autometer, not sure about the fan temp sensor, I believe its the same though.
