South Bay Help..

Hello, I figure this might be the best place to post this. I wanted to know if anyone was willing to help me out. I'm in the south bay area (SoCAL) and my s13 died on me a couple of days ago and I'm trying to figure it out. I wanted to know anyone local (south bay area) can help me out. I need to borrow a spare redtop sr ecu to plug in to see if my ecu is working or if it might be a wiring issue. I don't know a lot of people in the 240 scene so I didn't have anyone I could contact.
