Yen Value and Parts

Anyone think parts for any car from Japan will be skyrocketing very soon...?

Today the USD in Japanese Yen was as low as 86.56!! So for a part that costs 100,000 yen in USD it will now cost $1,160 or there abouts. Over a year ago that same part would have been $100 less. Three years ago that part would have cost less than $850-900. :duh:

I don't think the prices will change, but the exhange rate doesn't appear to be getting any better. The days of 120 are loong gone.

You're bitching about buying parts...I'm bitching about getting paid in Dollars out here and spending yen...how you think we feel out here? Not like shit isnt expensive enough out here. Shitty exchange rate makes it worst...
