I'm putting up for sale my 91 240SX fastback due to the guy who swore up and down he was coming today to but it after he had me take off certains parts he didn't want. Here's what was taken off:
the Vertex body kit, 17" rims, east bear quad headlights and the front mount intercooler. Although the front/rear bumper and the FMIC were taken off I still have them but they are currently up for bid on EBAY auction which I will be cancelling here shortly. The side skirts, east bear headlights and the sidesteps were sold. Mileage on the car is irrelevant (224,000 miles on the body)as it is in excellent condition, no rust at all with very clean interior.
-2.4 DOHC KA24DE motor, rebuilt 2 months ago, new oil pump, water pump, alternator. Brand new stock clutch and pressure plate.
Factory Options include, fully functional ice cold air conditioning, cruise control.

Here are the list of parts on the car in its current state:

Most of these parts were brand new when installed 2 months ago.
-JIC FLT-A2 coilovers, less than 400 miles on them
-Section pillow ball Rear upper control arm
-Section front pillowball Tension Control bar
-Tanabe exhaust
-JDM 180SX Kouki tailights
-Tomei Quickshift
-MOMO shift knob
-RECARO SRII Bucket seats, driver and passenger side
-JDM S14 VLSD
Factory Options include, fully functional ice cold air conditioning, cruise control and powere window/locks

The car is in excellent shape both cosmetically and mechanically. You will not be disappointed. I can send you pics via email since I am having difficulty attaching pics to this thread.
I am located in Monterey, CALIF, 50 miles south of San Jose and about 5 hrs north of Los Angeles
I want to sell this car quick! $5500 as it is or $6200 with the front/rear Vertex bumpers and the FMIC.
please email me for pics of the car in it's current status at: [email protected]
For some reason I'm having trouble uploading my pics here. I'll try to post pics again later.

I've received 15 emails in the last 3 hrs from folks asking to part the car. The car has been parted out enough to my disgust. I won't part with anything so please don't ask. Thanks:bow:

sorry just saw the mileage - it looks pretty clean - but what is worn out or needs to be replaced? and is any fabric or carpet ripped or stained?

Since I bought the car, I've replace pretty much everything that I noticed required fixing. ie; wheel bearings, brakes, clutch, top end overhaul, water pump, radiator hoses, belts, alternator, starter, injectors. As I mentioned, it is in the best mechanical condition. All fluids have been changed within the last 2 months, Redline engine/tranny/diff oil was used.
Interior is very nice, no cracks, scratches on the dashboard, door panels, moldings etc. The rear seat could use a little shampooing. My friend spilled rootbeer on it last weekend:mad:
Interior is very clean. I'll have to take more pics for those of you SERIOUSLY interested in buying it. Please email me at: [email protected] if you need pics of the interior and all angles of the car. Remember, this is a '91, so expect minor scratches, dings on the exterior, although there aren't very many. As I said, it's a beautiful car. I just ordered brand new tires for the stock wheels, should have them on by the weekend.
My neighbor wants to buy the car in it's stock form for $3600, but I'm not going to go through the hassle of taking everything off.....again:hammer:
I want to sell the car by the end of this month!!! My S30 and RX3 project is depending on it!, especially the RX3, needs about $2K in fabrication for the S14 SR motor and S14 rear subframe.

Dude,
Thanks for the pictures of the car...nice! I am seriously interested in buying your car! As I mentioned I'm going to do an S15 Spec R engine swap. The earliest I can come down to look at the car and most likely buy it this weekend. I'm going to drive my truck/trailer down this way I can drop the car off at my friend's garage in Oregon to do the swap. I'll take a look at the body kit as well and most likely buy it, but not 100% sure since I plan on using the car as my 1/4 mile drag car. Hopefully you'll have your RB26 powered 240Z ready for the road....I want to ride in it. I've always wondered what 1000 plus horsepower feels like:D I can hook you up with my friends shop, he's a NOS specialist. He can put an additional 100hp on top of what your engine is capable of. I talked to him and he said probably $1000 to include the labor/parts.
Let me know if that guy from Texas is coming to buy your car so I don't have to waste my time driving down.
Thanks a million!
Jay

Damn, I won't be able to make it up there this weekend. I got in 3 major insurance jobs I need to do before Wednesday. The earliest I can make it down would be later next week. If the dude from Texas shows up, then obviously he's the lucky guy. Let me know what happens, cuz I'm still seriously interested if no one buys it this weekend.! What's up wit your email?...keeps coming back "undeliverable"
You got my number so give me a call if the Texan doesn't buy it.
Cool Beans?
