drift into a curb

Upon uninstalling the OEM RUCA, there seems to be some kind of locking washer on the second bolt (camber?). The bolt looks like i need to turn it half way for it to slide out, does that sound right to you guys? So do I use pliers to hold the washer? or should it just come out with some hammering. If anyone has any info, I'd appreciate it. Meanwhile I'm gonna try the pliers.

LOL. Yeah, I tried that, but what it was that you're not suppose to move the bolt because it (the bolt threads) gets stuck on the (notch of the) washer, so you have to just have to take of the nut first and then adjust it before you knock it out with a hammer. Thanks dousan.
Going to get an alignment tomorrow. Should be greeeaaat.
