rebuilt ka24de smog ? scanner said its not ready to pass no check engine light

i just recently rebuilt my ka24de.... i have been driving for about 700 miles, my question is everytime i plug the scanner in i do an obd test ready test and it tells me its not ready... how long do i have to drive it to pass the obd tese ready and also smog... i have no check engine light i just want it to pass smog does any1 have any idea please help thanks

1k is the typical engine break in period. However... The OBDII scanner can't tell mileage. Might you have not hooked something up or not hooked it up correctly?

700 miles is too much
a couple of days of normal driving (street and freeway) is usually
all it takes for the ecu to run all the OBDII diagnostic tests if it's 96 and above
