Weird clutch issue

Im having a weird problem, perhaps some people can chime some light in on it.

When you drive the car, if its in gear currently, and your foot rests on the clutch pedal, or even touches it, it will suck itself down to the floor and stay there until you physically pull it back up. What should I start looking for? I've currently got the fluid all draining out (its jet black). Should I replace the clutch slave with one of the Z32 N/A ones while I have all the fluid out? Its a stage 4 competition clutch (so its stiffer than anything ever needed to be) on an SR. The clutch also engages right at the floor, I dont know if its related though.

But if you push the clutch to shift, it will pop right back up, its only if you touch the pedal while under throttle in any way.

it could jst be slave cylinder. theres only 2 parts that needs to be replace when this happens slave or master.

replace slave cylinder get SS clutch line if that doesnt fix it replace master

Ok just changed the slave with an NA 300zx one. Shall see how it works out tomorrow.

yeah, replace the slave cylinder, then flush the fluid, then add new fluid, then bleed it. If this doesn't work, replace the master cylinder.

hahahaha the same thing is happing to me but only when i press the clutch all the way down tho.... basicly i have to changed the slave like at least twice this week it sucks i thought it was my clutch but its not and i've change the master too but still happed....my tranny is out rite now to see if thats the problem....so when i drive i have to just tip the clutch to change gears its fuuny!!!!!! if you fix urs before me get at me to help me out thanks.....

sounds like a slave issue but you might have a leak somewhere if your fluid is straight BLACK. check for leaks.
