S13 ECU with PLM board equipped with Enthalpy chips. The chips are tuned for n60 maf/370cc injectors /t25/28. Will also throw in a s14 OBD1 harness converter.

So is the ecu plug and play for my 1993 s13 with a ka? I'm looking to boost my s13 but I don't want 300 hp right now. What stuff would I need exactly for this ECU?
