Remove old one.
Install new one.
It isn't that hard. Just compare it to the stock one or a picture online if you are really having trouble.
After that, just adjust boost by making the rod longer/shorter.

remove vacuum line
there are two bolts that hold the stock one on, and there is a C clip on the pin the rod goes on.
do not lose the c clip. they are very small and hard to find.
once you pull out the 2 bolts and the c clip the actuator comes off.
adjust the length of your HKS actuator to roughly the same length as stock. tighten the nuts properly locking them in place.
put the fucking thing on and put the 2 bolts back in.
and put the vacuum line back on
if you really need help pm me.

why would you want to put it back to stock length? either way, as short as possible will be max boost or ~14psi so you your t25 maybe your looking at 3/4 of a centimeter of threads showing to have 12psi all day long.

You COULD post the directions online and I COULD translate them for you...or you COULD just do what everybody else has told you to. (not sure why I am writing "COULD" like this, lol)

read the japanese direccions for boost, it has some lenghts and boost. something about 12psi = 140mm, it's easy to understand it if you dont want to be adjusting your wastegate to get desired boost...

I installed it last night. it was a little bit harder than it sounds but only took about half an hour. Car feels incredible huge difference.
and i set it with about 3/4's of a centimeter of the thread showing and im running about 12.5 psi all day.
thanks again for all the help

sorry to reviving a old thread, but is it safe to run 12.5 lbs on a stock sr20det ecu without a tune/fmu etc.?
