You can find a 91-94 bumper in the junkyard it should be a straight bolt on but I’m not sure. Check the for sale section you will usually find someone who has to part their car for one reason or another. Don is the best can't go wrong with him.

Blah get the oem lip for the 89 and cut two holes in it. That'll make it look aftermarket.

Or by the K's Style Lip

Wow that looks good;) .Would the lip hold up for abuse because there are holes cut?

IIRC the owner put some sort of support. But I am not sure if he was referring to the pignose holes (he cut those too) or the ones on the lip.

But I am sure some sort of support would ensure it staying together.

But these lips are known to take a beating.

The K Style front isn't a lip, it's an entire bumper.

Are you sure about that? I always thought it was till I went to go get the pic, and it said:
180SX VERSION 3 FRONT BUMPER SPOILER (REPLACEMENT)

I don't know if that is just thier terminology but lips are usually called bumper spoilers.

Plus tyhe bumper looks exactly like the oem bumper, except the turn signals are sitting further out (kinda like the one on the KG1 s13 i posted). Other thing is the grill thing that looks exactly like the smic duct thats on the right side of the oem bumpers.

k-style is a full bumper
also that othre car looks like a aftermarket bumper. everything is molded together, look at the center vented area..the 'ridge' next to it, the lower lip area is molded too...

not sure

the bumper in the pic above is still oem, its just gone under a lot of mods.

Straight from his site:
Next, I chopped a hole in the front bumper to allow more cold airflow over the intercooler which was previously only getting a cold air feed to the bottom half.

The lower front spoiler have been chopped to allow me to fit some brake cooling ducts

So this guy is a functionality guy. The lip isnt molded on, it was resprayed and refitted. It just sits better than most cuz most have take a beating. On my car it looks molded from the front, but on the sides you can tell its not, same with this one

The reason for the ridge is
Aluminium frame holding new grill in place. This was covered with filler and sprayed. Once the Aluminium had been on the bumper and the filler had hardened, the screws were removed as they were no longer needed to secure the frame.
