Why dont you just run more boost? Your motor and turbo can both handle plenty more than 14lbs.

We wanted to raise the boost, but last time we Dynoed had a coolant leak and had to stop. The reason i was asking, because of the things i read my turbo max's about 400hp, so was thinking about just switching and selling my turbo.

so let me get this straight.
you must know at least something or know some one who knows how to build cars, yet you turn to the cluster fuck of retards that is zilvia?
you want advise? PM the people who know something, then GTFO and ask the guy who built the car. or, heres an idea, a SHOP!

Your turbo supposedly max's out at 400whp on 93 octane. Youre on e85, you should have a decent amount of room to go past that. Plus, we've all seen 400whp made on the 2871r .64 with 93 octane.. the .86 youre using should be alright. Raise the boost.
Stick with what youve got... If it were my build, I wouldnt want to sacrafice all of my useable low end power for some peak hp. Youd be moving your powerband up significantly, for modest hp gains.

Honestly, if you're looking for a turbo upgrade to what you're running, I'd recommend an HTA3076 .82, on e85, you're looking at 500+ easily, and you'll spool at nearly the exact same spot on a standard gt2871 .86, sooner if you go with a divided housing and matching manifold.
the problem with e85 though, is you'll need larger injectors to fuel the big power numbers ethanol is infamous for. 1500cc FIC bluemaxes, dual walbros, aeromotive a1000, and a top mount rail are what i'd move up to. Frankly, running those 1000's at 95% duty cycle generally isn't a good idea for system stability. 80% is the "safe number" I hear tossed around the most. Sure you can push it, but why? .
The positive about running an HTA 30 series turbo on e85, you're basically being held back by fuel, and not turbo flow. the 3076 hta can flow enough air to sustain up to 40 psi if memory serves, and I doubt that you're going to pump that into a SR, even on e85.
