s chassis eletrical problem.... some clue..

when i was driving. the car cut out on me..
it will not start.
on ON position it will not give power... (meaning the lights on the dash will not come on.. such as.. ebrake, door. etc)

checked all the relays.. good..
checked all fuse good..
used tested light

changed ignition harness-- still the same
changed the ignition still the same

just wondering if you guys can give me some idea... maybe i can start in another area

double check the alternator/ignition fuse. should be like a 90 amp under the hood.

I double checked all the fuse... It was looking good.. Checked the relay, on the passenger side.. It looked fine.

When I checked the 5 wires on the ignition. I don't have any power.
From what I was told that the black/ yellow on ignition should stay on. But no power going through at all

I have a problem somewhat along the lines of yours and mine is the Brain itself (ECU). If you have access to a wiring diagram find out where the wires you are looking for go into the brain or close to it and see if you have power from there into and out of the Brain.
