Don't seem to have any boost..... For one I haven't seen my wastegate move an inch since it's been running/revving up
Moreover, I have a vacuum line connected to my Fuel Pressure Reg. which is supposed to up the fuel pressure under boost... and the fuel pressure does nothing, if anything the fuel pressure drops slightly after revving.
I'd figure so long as the exhaust is spinning the damn turbo you would get some sort of boost when you hit the gas, but I can't even seem to get the thing to spool up!
:wtf:
Any help is appreciated thanks guys.

Nope you have to put a load on the engine to build boost, free reving wont

^ well those tiny T25's will make something; at least enough to blow off...
make a charge system pressure tester and see if you have any leaks... Do you have a boost/vacuum gauge?
you should try and provide as much information as possible when asking for help...
Yeah, i have the same problem, so free revving wont work. So will the boost work if i go a certain speed? because i tried around the block and it still wont boost. should i try the freeway?

do u have a boost gauge hooked up? If so whats your vacum pressure at? Also If the wastegate Isn't hooked up to a vaccum line then your gonna boost ALOT! Lol. So don't try to not run a line to the actuator
well actually it is my friends car, there is a boost gauge, and i dont really know what the vacum pressure is at??? and also the BOV barely hisses.

could be a major exhaust leak at the turbo/mani or a bad boost leak somewhere in the fmic system

turbo seized?
Pull off the turbo intake and see if the turbine wheel spins freely

check to see if ur actuator arm is loose?
that little ring comes off ever so often and the arm comes off
