ka24e and 3in Electric cut out

I selling a ka24e long block( head and bottom end only) I pulled it out of a s13 i sold, the block has a Remanufactured plaque, the head went bad parts cracked and broke so head is not useable but some parts are salvageable, $80 for the block or trade, I posted an 3in E-cut out buyer flaked so its up again, $100 or trade, im looking for a Greddy type S bov or apexi N1 muffler 3in to 4in tip. Ka started i drove it home but no compression in cylinder 1 because valve is stuck open. ill post pics later
