s14 throw out bearing issue

hello guys,
im in the process of doing a clutch/flywheel swap on my s14. i pulled the tranny out and my little brother started playing around with the throw out bearing and popped it out. now i cant figure out how its suppose to be mounted in there.. can someone point me towards some pics or fsm's? its an s14 sr20det engine/tranny.

Look up the FSM for the sr its in there in step by step instructions! Good Luck!

Did it come off the fork? or the sleeve?

Go to clutch shop nd get it pressed in.. you can actually use a cloth nd rubber mallet to hammer it in place. If it came off the fork, the pin nd everything else is self explanatory.

it just came off the fork. the wire spring thing came apart so i cant figure out how that goes..
