my friend just got a new car and its his DD, and the car doesnt have power steering. It has an rb25 in it and the pump is still on the motor. i know to get a belt for it. weve found a belt that'll fit. Now we have to figure out how to run the lines. we bolted the reservoir in and it has the two hoses on it. we have fittings for the input and return that you can see on the rack but dont know how to run the lines and if there are more lines to run. if someone could let me know which lines go where i'd really appreciate it.

If it's the OE power steering pump, it's likely for HICAS. meaning it has one input and two outputs. One to the front steering rack and one to the rear steering rack. Some folks have adapted the KA non-HICAS PS pump to the RBs. Others remove the pump vanes from the rear steering portion of the RB pump and block off the outlet.
RawBrokerage carries an RB swapped 240 specific power steering pressure hose you might want to look at. Aside from that, there's only two other lines. the feed line to the pump from the reservoir and the return line from the rack to the reservoir.

alright thanks man. i read about people using the ka power steering pumps but we were trying to avoid it. do you know how you'd go about removing the vanes you were talking about?

No linking to competing forums so if you were to search on some of the other sites, you will find what you're looking for. Essentially, unbolt the rear cover (4 bolts) and you'll see the individual vanes that are removeable. Careful not to damage the seal. Remove the small square vanes (come out easy) then bolt it back up. To block off the rear outlet, one guy welded the banjo bolt center closed. Others have just went to the hardware store and found a bolt with the same threads and closed it off that way.
