I am trying to install the Autopower 6-point bolt-in cage & Sparco EVO seat to my S13 hatchback.
I installed the Bride Type RH seat rail already.
Right now, the Autopower cage's driver-side door bar is hitting the left side of the Sparco EVO seat.

1) Change seat: What seat will fit in my situation?
2) Remove Autopower bolt-in cage. Ask someone to weld a custom cage.
3) Keep the Autopower bolt-in cage. Ask someone to weld a custom door bar.
What is your suggestion?
Thanks!
1)what is wield?? maybe weld?
2)looks like u might have that bar in backwards maybe flip it

1) Yes, weld
2) Tried. The door bar should be installed correctly. The "angle" of the door bar is near the main loop.

It seems like the BRIDE ZETA III Seat might fit.

Right now, I assumed that I installed the cage the correctly. So is this a common problem with a cage?
So Autopower 6-point cage and Sparco EVO seat doesn't fit well?
I can install the seat if the seat is slided all the way back, but I won't be able to reach the gas, brake, and clutch paddles.
1)looks like the seat is to wide
2)shoe extions?
3)maybe drink more milk might grow alil more
4)if track car just get a welded cage

I have a bolt in cage in my S13. It has double door bars.
Seats are Sparco Pro2000. Everything fit very well.
With original door cards, the bars slightly touch the door pockets.
Look in my project thread regarding install etc.
Here is the prototype roll cage. The final version doesn't have the flat plate joints:

and this is the final version:

With these carbon door cards, the door pockets are gone and give space for the door bars:

When looking at your pictures, I would suggest you to move the front floor base plate outwards (towards door) a bit to solve your problem.
My seats and your are rather similar in size except mine are deeper around the legs.

shogun!, thanks for the pictures.
Since my cage is already bolted in, it is tough to remove and redrill the holes again. And I don't think I have enough space on the left side.
Another thing is I want my seat to slide all the way front, so I don't think moving the cage to the left has enough clearance for my Sparco EVO seat either.
If I choose option "3) Keep the Autopower bolt-in cage. Ask someone to weld a custom door bar", I will have a hard time to get the cage off my car in the future. Not sure if there a easier way to un-weld it. That is also my reason to go with bolt-in cage instead of custom-weld cage. I already heard that custom-weld is safer than bolt-in cage.
My best option would be to get a seat that fits, but it seems like aftermarket seat is too wide. I need a seat that is 18" or less wide.
I am thinking about cutting the left corner (left bolster) of the Sparco seat. What do you think? I think there is a metal frame for the seat. Not sure if I can really cut that.
Thanks!

I don't think your seats have steel bars in them. Mine are full composite.
Please don't cut away the seat corner. If you can't move the front floor bars, I suggest you sell the seats and buy less wide ones.

Yea the easiest thing would be to just have new door bars made. Inexpnsive and can be made as they should be (to fit).
