What did you drive before your 240?

Me a 2000 eclipse GT. Best 1/4 mile time was a 14.8 with intake and springs. Not bad from a 15.3 stock(mostly driver I think). Really fast and comfotable, but if I were givin the option my 240 or my eclipse? 240 anyday of the week. :p

My backup cars include, but are not limited to, an '87 Chevy Nova (don't knock it, it's got 285k miles), and a '90 Cheyenne 1500 shortbed (again, don't knock, it passed 300k last week) :-)

1990 Audi 90. parents got it for me in HS :) 5-cyl, FWD, 5-speed. had 204k on it when it froze this winter (not enough antifreeze) whilst in the midst of my S13 project. it is going to get fixed eventually so my sisters can practice driving stick :D

a 240, but not a nissan :D it was a Volvo 240DL heh. That was my parents car. drove it for a few months then got a 97 accord. that accord was nice but i wanted something diferent heh. Before all that and before i had my liscence i really wanted a 97 S14 but before THAT my bro got into a accident and my familie's insurance raised up, so i hadto say bye bye to the S14 i almost had:( . So after a few months of driving the accord i was offered a 89 240sx so i took that and gave the accord back to my dad.

I had an S13 I drove for 2 years that got stolen, then I drove a second gen Dodge Stealth TT around for about two years (I was in the HP/straight line camp back then), then something snapped and now I'm back to another 240 =)

First I had a '79 GMC Sierra with a straight six and "three on the tree" shifter. I cracked the head on that one somehow, it sucked anyway.

Then I had a '74 Super Beetle, it was the coolest car ever and I wish I still had it.

Then I got a '99 Cavalier 2.4 Sedan. It sucked. Bigtime. I blew the stupid auto tranny in it and pastured the hoe...

Then I got my '90 240 Fastback and liked it so much I made my wife buy an '89 240 Fastback :)

a 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass Hurst/Olds. had a 307ci V8 making a pants-wetting 180hp stock (guesstimate 220hp or so as it was with exhaust and some headwork done). Man that was a boring *** car to drive once the novelty wore off.

79 K-5 Blazer 350 bored .30 over, mild cam, and some other goodies (mudding monster, used to pull on stock mustangs till the massive amount of torque cracked the bellhousing on the trans)
83 Chevy 1500 same 350 as the K-5, lowered 3-4, (pretty fast but had traction issues, then I blew the motor)

Previously, I had a 96 200sx se-r with a bluebird SR20DET swap, fully kitted, and basically trick from the ground up. 250+hp in a FWD car that had the weakest tranny ever made by Nissan was a bit scarey to drive. But it was purdy.
