CA: steelies with tires or any other CHEAP wheel

I'm looking for 4x114.3 14" or 15" wheels. All four need to have tires (bald is fine and what I want). I'm just using it to roll a car around while I work on it.

I want local only. San Gabriel Valley would be awesome.

The major prerequisite is that they need to be CHEAP!
