Help me find this book

[SR240DET]

A friend of mine recently passed away and she told me about this book. I forgot the name and author who wrote it but it's called, " the book of the dead" or something along those lines. Not to be confused by the egyptian book of the dead, but this particular book supposedly breaks you down mentally, or something like that. If anybody knows what I'm talking about, them please let me know. I would like to give it to her for her funeral.

I know its a long shot but it is of the psychological nature.

There's also "The Tibetan Book of the Dead".

Wiki has a list with the title "the book of the dead". Not sure which one you are looking for since there are a couple of books with the same title; Good luck.
