URGENT!!!!! sr20det easy question!!!!!

hey,

as i try to get my eninge i've had many problems with ordering it, the main one is getting a harness but i paid for a complete engine, so anyways they are going to get one for me but it may take some time! so i said "why not just give me the engine and when you get the harness send it to me" but the place i'm ordering it through is convinced (the guy has a rx7) that the wiring is internal espically like the fuel injectors becuase that is the way his car is, but i beleive that it is like when i removed the harness of the KA24e it is all plugs that are easily accessable ... am i right????

please help as quickly as possible so i can possibly get the engine by tomarrow!!!!

you basiclly need the engine hareness. the wires that go to the injectors,coolent temp,cas,tps,maf,a/c etc.. the lower harness has the starter,altenater,trans seep sensor,etc... this one you can use the old one or the sr(as i've been told). i used the sr lower harness cause it was in better cndition.

Yes, there are some internal wiring that should be untouched by the engine importer (things like the wiring to the sensors on the intake side, fuel injector wiring, etc). The engine bay harness has plugs to plug into these. The only thing you'll need is the engine bay harness (uncut!). You don't need the transmission harness. It's a _lot_ easier to use the KA one if you can.

yeah that's what i thought, so i'm getting a harness free engine, but the rest is complete, including a complete downpipe!!! as soon as possible, that's what i told them, unless they cut the plug wires that go into the engine.
