Hey guys i think my s13 is having a electrical problem. Its been having trouble starting. I replaced the spark plugs and instead of it fixing the problem its made it worse. Also I've noticed that if I'm sitting at idle and i press the brake or turn on a light my rpms are affected. Anyone know whats up with this?

PS Another this is my right turn signal is stuck on.. not flashing just constantly on, not sure if its related or not.

Also its a 89 240sx with a redtop sr swap, and there was some wires rubbed by my tire in the front passenger wheel well. i think by the ignition chip but i fixed all of it

i bought the wrong bulb for my turning signal once it stayed on so i went back and picked up the right kind worked fine. Also my s13 cranks real well but wouldnt turn over so i figured out its my injectors.. just saying my own personal experience so dont just go out and buy injectors but check them

okay thanks, how would you go about testing them? and also i know the owner before me installed larger injectors, would this affect anything if the ecu is still stock or anything like that?

hmm i wish i was a proffesional but im tryin to help because i know the pain in the ass electrical can be i hate it. So if your injectors are upgraded maybe your fuel pump needs to be too.. I maybe heard that somewhere dont take that advice unless someone else wants to back me up here and by a tester at oreilleys i got one for $20
What it does is tests ohms and it should be no more than 5 ohms. Mine were read at 14.something so i havnt been able to turn my engine over and drive it. If you dont know the condition yours are in test them,we might be having that same problem.

okay thanks ill have to check all that out. Is it possible my injectors have just become clogged or dirty and they just need to be cleaned?
