T25 has a little shaft play

OK I do know that shaft play is bad for a turbo. But this T25 has very very little play at all. But I did find some oil in the intake. So do you think my turbo needs a rebuild or will it last long enough till I get the HKS GT I ordered. It won't be in my hands for another month and I need to drive my car. there isn't any oil on the turbo nor is there coolant leaking.

should be fine. the seals in mine are gone and I'm still pushing it just as hard :0 few hiccups now and then but holding together. it'll last

Thanks! I figured it would be I just wanted to make sure so I dont have to take pieces of turbo out of my motor.....jk

Hey as long as you don't hear a whiny sound from the turbo when you rev it your good. I had major shaft play in my stock turbo that I just replaced today. And as for oil I kept burning it like crazy. I kept hoping it was the turbo and it looks like it was.
